Controlling Anger

This is the first of a series of exercises that are meant to take a lot of the theory from the Making Sense of Islam platform and distill it into actionable steps to improve your quality of life. When the Prophet (God bless him and give him peace) was asked for life advice, he replied, “don’t become angry.” (Bukhari). The Companions took this statement to mean that every bad character trait stems from anger. What better way to kickoff our personal exercises than with dealing with and controlling the root of so many of our problems?!
